HISTORY

The Atlanta Executive Search Roundtable (AESR) evolved into its present form in the late 1980s.

Originally the Atlanta Research Roundtable (ARR), it was more of an informal network which has now developed into a professional association with programs, committees, and regular meetings.

Best described as the professional group for anyone involved in the search and/or recruiting process, AESR membership includes individuals in the search community ranging from associates in suburban executive search boutique firms to directors of research in the largest firms.

The organization also counts among its members a number of contract researchers, and corporate and independent recruiters.
